In order to secure your place at this workshop, please ensure you are ready to pay your registration fee when you have completed this form. You will receive an email with a secure payment link to PayDollar. Your registration fee must be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Your place will only be confirmed AFTER your registration fee payment is received.

Should you wish to register more than one person, you will need to complete a separate online registration for each participant.

Consent To Use Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, HKIS Professional Learning events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to HKIS's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and/or audiotapes of such events and activities. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event organizers by email through conference@hkis.edu.hk before the event

1. HKIS reserves the right to alter the program/s or presenter/s without further notice; however, the event/s is/are intended to run as advertised.
2. Fees paid are non-refundable upon receipt.
3. Cancellations will not be refunded.
4. HKIS reserves the right to modify the event/s to move to an online format due to inclement weather.
5. HKIS reserves the right to cancel the event/s due to insufficient numbers or inclement weather. Registrants will be notified and refunded in full should this occur.
