    3. Cancellations will not be refunded.

    5. HKIS reserves the right to cancel the event/s due to insufficient numbers or inclement weather. Registrants will be notified and refunded in full for the registration fee paid should this occur. Please note that HKIS is not responsible for reimbursing personal expenses such as travel or accommodation.
