  • WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

This hands-on workshop, led by JongBaek (JB) Yoon, Director of The Elemental Lab and a Carl Orff Foundation Licensed Trainer, moves beyond simply teaching songs. Participants will dive into Process-Based Pedagogy, exploring how the foundational principles of Orff-Schulwerk powerfully support the Music Inquiry Cycle. Through active experience, you will discover how to transform a general music ensemble into a collaborative learning environment where students move fluidly from imitation to independent creation.
